On a half day cheese course we will show you how to make cheese using every day kitchen equipment in your own kitchen. You will learn how to make Halloumi, chèvre, labneh and yogurt and taste our delicious Rosedale Goats Cheese and have have the opportunity to meet your goat after the course. You will also take home some of the cheeses you have made during your course.
